Shipping & Handling

Get your gifts by december 25th

Seasons may change, but our process stays the same: your order is made-on-demand with love in Michigan in a process that takes about 3 weeks.

Please order by the dates below to get your package by December 25th. The dates below are based on USPS ship times for holiday season.

USA

  • Order by November 23rd. We ship by December 15th.

Canada, Europe, Australia & New Zealand

  • Order by November 15th. We ship by December 6th.

Other Countries

  • Order by November 10th. We ship by December 1st.

Please order earlier than the dates above to allow time for events such as extreme snowfall that will delay the USPS trucks.

Keep an eye on your package in-transit and contact the carrier if there are any issues. If you cannot find your order's tracking number, please contact us.

Packaging

We mindfully package all of our garments with sustainability in mind. Thank you for understanding that this is an intentional and continual process.

All of our packaging is recyclable - if the option is available to you, please recycle the packaging your order arrives in. Thank you for helping us stay sustainable!

Rates

Domestic - All orders shipped to a US address will ship with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground and include delivery confirmation. Shipping is free for orders over $150. Tracking information for your order is sent to you through the email included with your order.

International - Before purchasing, please consider your country’s customs, duties, tariffs, or taxes. Conscious Clothing is not responsible for additional shipping or receiving fees. 

Sometimes international deliveries take longer than expected. Please follow up with your local customs office or postal service before reaching out to us.

There are two options for international orders:

  • International First Class is more affordable but does not include insurance and can take longer to arrive. 
  • International Priority is more expensive but offers up to $200 insurance and arrives quicker. International Priority is required for orders totaling $400 or more.

Lost & Missing Packages

When your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Using that number, you can use the USPS tracking tool to see where your package is.

As soon as the package leaves our studio, we have no control over the handling or delivery. All missing packages and delivery issues need to be taken up with the delivery service (USPS for domestic orders). Conscious Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
