The orchid color on these is beautiful and I love the high-quality of the pants! While I appreciate the roomier fit in the hips because of my pear-shape, I would say the pants are perhaps a tiny bit too far in the roomy direction than I would personally like. They are really billowy/oversized in the hips and rear relative to the rest of the pant. However, I think that is how they are intended to fit. This is only a minor complaint though and probably just a preference thing. I've still been wearing these a lot!

These pants are not for short people. For context, I'm 5'3”, 45" hip, 35" waist. I typically wear size 16/XL pants in other brands. I know these are meant to have somewhat of a relaxed fit, which is what I was hoping for. Based on the model hip/waist measurements I went with the M/L and I am swimming in them. I tried them on in front of my boyfriend and he called them "comically huge" which is accurate. Like harem pants--not at all what I was hoping for.

This is partly on me. The measurements are as stated. I did measure myself before ordering, but I guess I didn't have a clear idea of how a 19” back rize would (not) work on my 3D body. Even the XS/S would be too big, I think.

The fabric weight and color are lovely; I'm so bummed this didn't work out. I plan to exchange for the Moscow pants and--fingers crossed!--hope they work out better.

Absolutely adore these pants! I've worn the Moscow Pants for years, and I think these are an improvement in cut for my body -- particularly the tapered leg. The fabric is exceptionally soft and the orchid color is even prettier in person.
