For the Mamas
We ♡ Moms.
Part 1 - Maternity.
This company began with a mother wanting more sustainable and functional clothing options for her kids and herself. Now we find ourselves a decade and a half later, and getting asked frequently about what styles are best for mommas-to-be and the subsequent wear and tear of running around after the kiddos as they grow.
We love that we can offer functional, timeless, and comfortable options for moms pre and post birth. These images focus on the maternity part of the journey: with growing bellies and lots of space for moving. We have some of our favorites and recommendations highlighted here: styles that work during pregnancy and postpartum.
Featured in the post is Janeal: a first-time momma who is just glowing and fabulous in every way. We love her shining eyes and her excitement about the journey to come. She and her husband, Aaron couldn’t be more thrilled about the new future- a baby girl due in November 2019.
**Images are linked, and other similar options are listed with each piece!
Overalls, overalls, overalls. With pockets, adjustable strap length, and a little elastic at the low back: we love how these can offer a mama comfort and ease (and adorable-ness) before and after the babe comes.
[ Other overall options include the Riveter Overalls, Brussels Overalls and the Marrakesh Overalls. ]
Cypress Skirt + Riverside Scoop Top
Our Cypress Skirt has the best wide elastic waistband and big side pockets to hold necessities when you’re carrying babe. We wanted you to have the wonderful length, but also enough room to bend and move with you. Shown here with our Riverside Scoop Top in Hemp Jersey. [ A shorter option is the Cedar Skirt. ]
This dress is a classy and simple linen pullover style. We love the flowy nature of the skirt, the pockets, and the higher waist to effortlessly move over your growing bump. A sleeveless option is the Patio Dress.
Hemp Pencil Skirt + Crop Yoga Tank
Hemp Stretch magic, right here. We just had to put Janeal in this look- a little belly peeking out the front and this ultra natural + stretchy fabric (53% hemp/43% organic cotton/4% lycra) is the most comfortable. She’s wearing the Hemp Pencil skirt and the Crop Yoga Tank…but you’ll also love the Bralette and the Leggings too.
Surplus Jumpsuit + Riverside Scoop Top
One of our bestsellers: the Surplus Jumpsuit looks great during pregnancy, too! We love the front square pockets and the snap closure. This linen wonder is just so comfortable and you’ll love how it fits with our without a top underneath.
The Backyard Jumpsuit has been a fan-favorite for years. This one-piece option offers extra room and sway in
the hips + midsection, has pockets, and the snap closure can be worn in the front or the back.
[ For a similar option with sleeves check out the Ranch Jumpsuit. ]
